Thank you and I love seeing my old stomping grounds. Hope you are better no fun when the GI tract is irritated. My solution is fresh sauerkraut in the vegie section. A few tablespoons throughout the day will reset the microbiome. This is natural to get into slumps and not feel it. Socialization is everything and if you can get out of the home for a few hours that can totally reset you. Best part was seeing you and Thomas sitting on the park bench often what I would do when the shops were too packed on the weekends. Have a super week!!!

If you went to another country, you probably drank bad water. There’s an antibiotic you can get on for “travelers diarrhea”. This happened to my husband and I. Food poisoning shouldn’t last that long. Contaminated water can really screw you up for weeks. I’m not a doctor, just advice from experience! Feel better!

@@JennaHong A few months back they did a questionable ad campaign in support of Elon Musk on X/Twitter. It was a bit strange/off demographic for them, but then a lot of people started to dig into one of the owners, Michael's, political beliefs (because the ad campaign was political), and found a lot of awful tweets, including blatantly transphobic tweets. I cancelled my membership after seeing some of the comments. Jen Luv's did a really good video on this recently.
