An exaggerated description is not something they sould be happy to hear, unless they are arrabs or millionaite Asians who will buy anything that looks English, to make them feel better bout themselves. For these cases, you would be more successful to start a new channel in their languages. I suggest you learn more about English architecture, interior design and the history of architecture before you start presenting a property that is suitable for the buyers with thick wallets. Otherwise, with lack of knowledge and when talking nonsense, less potential clients will take you seriously. And please do not ever say that the space is of generous size if evidenly it is not. It is disrespectful to the viewers.
Only one indoor pool ? No snooker room? Where's the indoor go kart track? I wish they wouldn't try to flog these ghastly old tarted up council houses on here .
