@@bhargavi4849 That is a very management-oriented question. The only way is to develop relations and trust with the group and management and that involved lots of hard work on the project
1) Manual tester needs to understand the business requirement document to test the application. 2) He should be able to communicate effectively with Business Analyst and rest of the team. 3) Any domains takes time to fully understand the clients requirements. So you do not need any courses to work as a manual tester.
