Small tip when using magnetic stencils: The tint caps on the Tegra can be pulled off by a lot of those magnetic bases. So put tape over those or tack them down with something beforehand if it's an issue. I've seen a lot of people assume their reballing itself failed when on insoection the caps are all stuck on the magnets and that's why it wouldn't boot after.
Hi, I just found your channel and really liking it! Good job with the re-ball I had a major fail when I tried! With regards to this issue I have just gotten a switch with a similar issue and managed to fix it by installing a mod chip on it, booting into custom fw seems to kick it into life and it then boots normal, (can remove mod chip if you want?). Hope this helps. I will have a video up in a few weeks showing it.
with all of the reflowing you did, I'm surprised you didn't try to reflow the emmc. Emmc and ram seem to be the biggest problems with these, when it's not a charging problem...
i remember an old video of this problem. in that particular case was the m92 chip. also the sound ic can block the system from boot completely. you could try those and see what happen
@probablycantfixit6426 so true, I did remove and refix nand chip without reballing so probably caused another issue there but I will recall it one day.
Reballing a CPU successfully is always a win 👍🏻👍🏻
I'm glad you are back.
Thank you.

Oh wow, I did not even think about that. Good top will definitely be used in the future.

Good idea. I did swap the M92 at some point in the past, but not the sound IC. I will give it a try and see what happens.
Nice one, I'm still yet to grow some balls ( no pun intended 😂 ) and try this. I have a fauly xbox that needs apu swap.
Lol. The problem is, you cant learn unless you do.

throw it in the fridge for half hour and try booting it
