good evening sir amit very very good and helpful discussion you are doing in your lecture video and we get alot of benifit thank you very much and go ahead God May give live long life 😊
Thanks Amith as your videos are very helpful. I have one doubt and i would like to include this question in your next video if possible. A merger has taken place between two startup firms, resulting in over 100 developers forming eight agile teams to collaborate on a shared portfolio. Which agile practice or method can best ensure release coordination between the teams? Choice 1 Scrum of Scrums Choice 2 Mobbing Choice 3 Scrumban Choice 4 Feature-Driven Development I selected scrum of scrum but the system tells FDD is the answer. So am little confused on this. Will really appreciate if you could include similar type question in future video.
In this question, Scrum of Scrum would work better for release coordination among 8 different teams, by aligning the release date. I also don't see how FDD will answer the question correctly.
There's a video I have on UA-cam where I have covered 100 Agile concepts including those mentioned in your question, and will also try to add a question in next episode, if possible..
Hi Arun, If possible can you help me in reviewing draft copy of project summary for PMP exam application. It will be great help to accommodate 15 mins to connect and review on call.
Hi, yes, we can do that. Please send your application via mail to "contact@edzest.org" We will send our inputs, and if required, will set up a call as well.
Comparing ALL options Understanding the question being critical of specific measures and harsh judgements unlearning some tricks like collab/colocation /engage team is the best solution and much more I have learnt from your videos, hope I pass my exam this Monday. Thankful to have found your channel just a week before my exam
Hey, I'm sure you'll do great in the exam. The quality of your questions suggest that. Do let us know your result when you can. We will also celebrate for you. :)
@@edzest i passed yesterday :) and there were a couple of questions similar to what you discussed. I also used your way of eliminating the options, instead of finding the correct one All i was doing was why this option is not correct instead of why this is correct. So so thankful to your videos I have recommended your channel to my friends and colleagues too. I found this channel Just in Time :)
Dear Amit, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your invaluable videos. I have not come across any other structured PMP content as comprehensive as yours. I can only imagine the amount of time and effort you put into preparing it. I have watched all the videos multiple times, covering all knowledge areas, agile, PMBOK 7, and the exam content outline (3 domains). Your videos have played a significant role in my PMP success, accounting for 80% of it. Thank you for your valuable contribution to the field. Warm regards,
