I like to see your designs as always and it’s cool to see how you classify ships.
Wonderful guide as always, and I'm glad to the warship series return as well.
Admiral Fisher, the inventor of the battlecruiser would approve this video, although his vision was all big gun and no intermediate battery, using range as protection.
It's here.
Love these kinds of videos, I've been using them to base my ships off of and It works a treat! Keep up the good work!
Hehe this makes me think of my battle blimp i started working on recently... bigger than a cruiser, with much more weponry than a ship should have lol
Been working on a sci fleet. Had been wondering how to place certain vessels in the fleet.
Frigates mainly, may have to reconsider the role of the battlecruisers as well.
Your videos have helped alot, thanks man.
Love these videos I agree with your class system and I’m always referring back to the videos, can you do a battleship video or dreadnought, just would like to see your idea of what it would be
Based on you interpretation + Mine of a battle cruiser
Ship Class:BattleCruiser
Weaponry type:Heavy/ Mid to Long range
Strengths:Poses threats to cruisers or slightly larger vessels at mid to long ranges
Weaknesses:Destroyers or smaller craft at short ranges or battleships at long - short range
Would it be possible to see this blueprint of the Battle Cruiser in the workshop? I would like to examine it further and maybe tweak it for personal use/miniaturize it
I could be wrong cause I'm not a expert or anything close, but I'm pretty sure battlecruisers from ww2 were big and had a large engine so they were fast large and had a ton of firepower but low protection.
will you do more warship guides, on battleships, supercarriers and maybe orbital battlestations.
Hey can u do one about capital class ships? Or fleet killers?
All this time I’ve been thinking they were meant for destroying smaller vessels and fighters

You're thinking Corvettes. Cruisers are basically just bigger frigates with command-and-control capabilities. Similarly, a battlecruiser is a bigger destroyer. Corvettes are generally used for fighter screening.
Still waiting on the Battlecruiser being posted to the Workshop
Is there a Workshop link for the Battlecruiser from the at 0:03 minute mark?
Are you gonna do one of these on battleships?
Most likely, however none of the fleets in the lore I operate in currently have battleships so
What’s the ship in the video I want to use it
Can you do assault ship or Dreadnought
Aaahhhh bit sticky because I don't have many examples of them in my lore, especially dresdnoughts
How would a stealth ship like a submarine work in space engineers(apart from mods)
Without mods closest you'll get is something similar to an early submarine which pops up to the surface to release it's ordinance before bugging out.
So two ftl drives on the ship one to get into the engagement area (surface) the other to escape it (submerge) before it can be effectively countered (submerge drive switched off for initial jump and switched on once in engagement zone)
Weapon wise you want something with heavy alpha striking instead of high damage over time so you can line up your shot and let it rip with a volley or two before bugging out your "stealth" ship shouldn't be engaging in close range brawls.
When Battleships?

"battlecruiser operational"
-yes, another StarCraft reference stfu lol.
Actually found a mini terran battlecruiser in the xbox workshop that was not bad. It definitely needed work tho on the detailing. Weapons systems were nice tho. I might have done the rail guns differently just cuz we know better now how the hitboxes work
...not to be mistaken for Cattle Bruisers.
