Met this man 2006 @ “The PiT” / Golds on Sahara & Decatur. Always the most humble guy ever. You can see him years after you last saw him & he will pick up on the last conversation you had. Great guy 💪🏻
Love how humble he is lmao, in some exercises he says he's swinging it or doesnt lock out but it works for him and he doesnt use terms like "ooh ive won olympia i know best"
OK I will comment,... I am 64 years young and Jay is the guy I constantly watch to keep me motivated. I hit the gym 5 days a week and it is hard to keep going at a decent rate. He is the guy that I constantly watch to keep me going. I love his honesty and I adapt my routine to different things I hear he did or does. He is a huge help for me.
I'll be 60 in December. Former powerlifter, major injuries, now I'm upper 30% bodyfat. You're really motivating me to get healthy again. Thank you for these videos

I like how Jay talks about the pump which is everything. You can throw a lot of weight but if your using momentum and your tendons it willnot make you look any better. It's just doing whatever gets you a pump, now lifting the gym. Great content.

Turned 60 and I didn't like how I looked for my birthday. I'm 7 months into "Fit for 61" and already have had a dramatic transformation. My granddaughter just told me that I should be "The Bodybuilding Grandpa." 😅 Thanks for the tips and motivation. 💪
I immediately noticed that your face is leaner Jay, and the vasculature on your arms is looking "stove pipey." Your drive here is very noticeable and motivates the hell out of me to keep pushing through grad school, and do my first natural show. Thanks Jay and Dave, I appreciate you guys.

Thanks so much Jay! Loving to see your excitement and gains go up! I’m 42 now just after my first week of intense cardio. Usually 3 times a day, one bridge and 2 stair steppers on intermittent fasting for 7 days and lost 10 pounds already but half of that should be water weight. Started regular eating today for upper bodybuilding training tomorrow and regular eating for the next 5 days for recovery and then back to to intermittent fasting for 7 days again. As soon as I’ve lost 30 more pounds I’ll be about 7% body fat and can began fully bodybuilding again but with the right diet plan for a change. Also remember what Nick Walker always tells us, keep pushing yourself to just work a bit harder the next time. You’re looking greater Jay❗️💪😎👍👍🎉
Looking back 25 years ago it’s amazing all the QUALITY info available today. I remember starting out and it was bench, squat, military press, power clean, deadlift, skull crusher and curls. That was what I did 5 days a week for 15 years, because that’s what everyone at my local gym would do. We only had 1 local gym within an hour drive any direction. It was those lifts and dbol. I’m thankful for better information for the younger guys now.

I watch every time I need a little motivation and I tried some of your advice and I have to say I'm seeing some great improvements. It took a little getting used to only less than a minute rest between sets but the results are noticable. Keep it up. At 42 and just starting again. I love the Jayspiration!!
Its mind blowing how many state of the art, fully decked out top of the line gyms there are in vegas now. Ita gotta be great for people training etc but how they all stay open and make any money etc is beyond me at this point.

@@jjl499 easy to fake membership payments, personal training payments, protein shake etc charges , tanning memberships, meal plan & prep charges and id bet that 95% of the equipment and tanning beds are leased not outright owned. Pretty easy to have some let's say "questionable" funds pass through a gym without raising any red flags. Esp in Vegas where there is literally money everywhere coming in from all over the world regularly. At least that's how I've "heard" of gyms where I am from doing certain things lol.

I've always worked out , 40 plus years. You motivated me to see how good of shape I can get in for my 63rd birthday .
It amuses me when a multi winning Mr Olympia who is muscular as hell, has to explain why he does exercises a certain way, to people who have never competed let alone won the Olympia. I watch your videos and incorporate your workout style into my own program.

I wish I could remember who showed me those tricep pushdowns. It was back at Milos Gold's Gym in Fullerton back in late 90's. Occasionally I'll go back to using that method. And enjoy the "that's wrong." looks. lol!
