Hi Greywolf424, I remember you from a few years ago! I finally got to your request for some LibreOffice Base video tutorials… Sorry it took so long to get to them - Yes, I have lots more planned - Thanks.
+yaproc No, you do not need to give the fields names. I am just showing that it is an option and it can be helpful, especially when you have a lot of fields.
He mistyped "lbl" as "lxl". He also forgot to remove the word "Label" from the ends of the label names when he prefixed them with "lbl". You might also have noticed that, in an earlier video, he mistyped the name of the employees form as "Employess" and the name of the first example employee as "Tayor", when it was "Taylor" in the original spreadsheet.
Hi Nadine, I do have plans for a few more videos and, in general, the higher the video number, the more advanced the topic. Is there something specific you are looking for?
What I was trying to do was create 2 tables without linking the tables but I ended up linking the tables but deleting or not showing the linked column and it worked. So after a few weeks, I finally figured it out. :) Where I work they still write on "orange cards" and that's what I am creating, lots of forms to keep electronic records. When I do run into a problem, I will definately ask now that I know you read your comments. Thanks. I watch all your videos and have learned a lot!!!
nadine castro I'm glad my videos were able to teach you how to do what you needed - Thanks for watching. Yes, I read most of the comments and try to answer as many as possible.
Relly Nice Tuts, Sir. Love it.

Thank you so much for your videos..... What a patience you must have to make all of these....
Keep it up. Your videos are very helpful .
Great Tutorial. Just a question: Is it so important the name of the field? Can we use the name of the field in some function?

Was the last prefix lbl or txt? You do a great job presenting and communicating.

Just wondering if you will be doing more advanced stuff in the future. Thank you.
