Atk stat used from beginning of dmg calculation. While dmg+ used when final dmg dealt finished calculated. Its always like this in every rpg. Cmiiw

Its not instant kill, but instant cast. And yes, the effect is applied on pvp.

yes, the best move is if you got it to 300 then lvlup your mount to lv20 then it's stats is going to be 600
