    is the Magenta issue on the UV version or is the same problem with Eco Solvent versions? This is important to know so we can make a decision before putting our money on the systems.

      They solved the magenta problem, lus190 v2 inks doesnt have this issue

    I am a printing operator and the truth is that I have been using this equipment for 1 year and about 2 or 3 months and it has never presented me with problems, and the ones it has presented have been due to failed Mimaki updates in its program that after a few weeks they resolve. Now the one I have had the most problems with is the JFX200-2513 EX flat bed, but luckily they responded with the equipment warranty, but apart from that inconvenience, I am not complaining about Mimaki, which I do think is that they are better equipment. complex than a roland for example, and that require more continuous care

    Why is it magenta gives so much problems, every 3months it stops working, 4th head replacement and 1 sub ink tank, the other colours are fine, the nozzles are clean. After 2 hard cleans it does show, but drops away after 300mm feed print. What the hell is it then. It costs so much ink and money. If it was a total head failure, why are the other colours working. Does someone have a answer, because they do not.
    What i am asking, is there a simple solution. Are there other machines with similar problems or something.

      Hi, this is a new issue for me. I have been buying the device for three months and the ink is defective and the problem cannot be solved by hard cleaning. I am also looking for a solution

      @@paulnino5945 I washed the nozzle twice. I have been proven to have lus210 magenta ink. Has anyone had this problem?

      @@ssaghafi I have lus 210 ink too, and battle with that, I see in print low speed and wash nozzle and a hard, can print but is headache

      @@paulnino5945 Well this is very bad. Mimaki was expected to do better. My device has neither warranty nor guarantee. Because my country is under sanctions. Your sales representative has no solution? The person who brought the device to my country, Iran, said that you should change the color to solve the problem. Magenta color has a problem. Interestingly, Mimaki is not important to him at all

    Tengo esta maquina hace dos años. Nunca funciono correctamente. Como es conocimiento público en Argentina se usa con las Lus210, nunca pudieron solucionar el problema con el color magenta. Hoy en día hay 80 máquinas con problemas y sin encontrar una solución. Hemos escrito a Mimaki Usa y Mimaki latino América nadie nos responde. Nuestro proveedor la empresa ISD nunca se hizo responsable sabiendo que es un problema del que Mimaki esta al tanto. La peor compra en mis 15 años de trayectoria, ojalá alguna vez nos den una solución

      Now mimaki are distributing the new ink ver.2 magenta (at least in my country), hopefully this ink can solve the problem permanently.

      @@wiliamkaryawira1443 How well that I can provide new version. How can I make this version or recognize that the new version. I bought the device through China and unfortunately does not warranty nor guarantee because in my country this is the sanctions

      @@wiliamkaryawira1443 si se que mimaki esta fabricando la tinta magenta en Japón ahora. Ojalá puedan darnos una solución. En mi caso solo causó perdidas económicas ya que nunca me respetaron la garantia

      Que problema exactamente es que te hace o hacia la maquina ? tengo casi un año con una de este mismo modelo y los problemas que me ha presentado han sido por actualizaciones del software que a la semana o al mes mimaki resuelve con otra actualizacion.

      Indeed, this is the very entry level machine, suitable for someone who want to start a business or provide UV print to complete their business. If you want a faster one, you can configure the ink into cmyk only, or you can try UJV500, UJV55, org SIJ
