These guys sure have stamina. But every time they get the ball all they want to do is counter attack. If the focus on keeping the ball and make the opposition chase it non stop, not only will they lose stamina but they will also lose mental stamina. Some of these guys just shot and make runs for no reason. Only one thing is certain. And that is Amazing content from IST.

The incompetence this ref showed from the moment the game started is pretty much normal for reffing now a days. Ref was astonishing bad. Players didn’t make it easy with all the sloppy tackles but still

I don't understand half the calls, half the non-calls, and half the passes. Typically, you look for someone wearing a matching jersey, and pass to them.

The backseat refereeing(screaming) from the touch line is hilarious. They have obviously never taken a course.

Hard oi take control at this low level of play. Sunday warriors looking for a fight...you wearing yellow isn't going to stop them, and throwing cards for everything will only set fire to flame. Ref called virtually every physical foul, and stayed assertive despite constant screaming. At this level, the ref might get gas money and meal level pay...you can't expect total perfection

Well we didn't get a chance to film too many good games this past season. Original plan was to research possible best games within 2 hours of office and go out and film em, make highlights for you guys. Well it turns out we kept getting hired this season... so we went out to film em but they weren't necessarily the best games for youtube. A lot of academy stuff, kids stuff and its hard to post the nitty gritty from those games especially when they're paying. Example.. a team hires us but 4 of their players get red carded and one spits on the ref... now we'd love to post that but they paid so our hands are tied..
So now outdoor season is done and we didn't film too many real exciting games.. going forward our plan will be to film n post the good stuff.

#6 was trying to overlap on that left side and they just kept ball hogging. And then they tell him to make a run when the game isn’t ina counter attacking momentum 🤦🏻♂️

Do these guys ever watch these and feel ashamed when they lose their minds over basic, obvious calls? Beside taking themselves so seriously, they are almost always dead wrong. Then again, if they are that way on the field at this age, they probably have seen film numerous times through the years and rejected clear evidence of their idiocy.

Referee absolutely atrocious. Guessed for the pen, gave the black side every marginal decision. Black team were a dirty disgrace. A depressing watch.
Ref called the game balanced. Calls were accurate.

The referee was truly awful, some of the calls are completely baffling.
How so, specifically? All his calls as seen through the video were accurate.
@@andrewsmith9174 I'm not going to go through it play by play but the the call at 2.07 was bad and he got worse from there. He let the game boil over from that point. Zero control, zero communication zero authority.
Lol. You are mistaken on several points. The ref (again, from what we see) called just about every trip and hands up physical challenge except for a few play in opportunities. The PK was correct. These teams are consistent in their abusive language and playing style. That’s not on the ref, unless you wish him to start throwing cards for the constant foul language (yellow card in LOTG) or for every single touch contact. This is a physical game and the ref was on the whistle frequently enough to show he was going to stop play on fouls, and he threw cautions on both sides. I think Black #10 was particularly lucky (along with #28 - I think) in not drawing a second caution to a red card. The one Black player that was only given a yellow for the jump up header with his elbow extended was also very lucky. So I cannot, when scrutinizing the referee, see how you make your very general claim - unless your a fan of team white. It’s not the referee’s fault they can’t seem to finish. Watch the video again, you missed a lot.

I've played in many games like this at a professional level and semi professional level and good referee will book players for foul and abusive language (dissent) or ungentlemanly conduct and have a word with the captains. I have no affiliation with any of these teams I'm in UK.
@@thunderchildSCO, then there is the heart of your problem. You’re projecting your experience. This is non-professional has beens and never-was league. It’s just another Sunday league with a Grassroots level (or possibly slightly higher qualified) referee. You are claiming cards should have been thrown, etc, but forgetting that the level of play (which is trash) must reflect the level of disciplinary action a referee at these local levels must take. I have refereed games like this, it isn’t the pros and you cannot make that kind of expectation.
Substantively, the referee did make just about every call. He let some actions play on, but we were shown very few of those instances. You are also ignoring that we see only highlights, and not how control of the temper of the game was held throughout, before, and at the half time break. You should try taking a referee course of two and gain an understanding of that aspect of the game. It helps a lot.
