Rapid is doing awesome. He is going to be a top caster one day. In my opinion he just needs to pass the ball to his partner Arty more often. Artosis is such an accomplished caster that you should be putting him into play as much as possible. When you dominate Artosis you do yourself no favours. Make Artosis look good and you will look even better. Looking forward to more of these two together.

Look, unless the guest caster is Day9, djWheat, dApollo, or InControl, every other human being on this earth attempting to cast StarCraft 2 (including David Kim) is a shitshow. That's the shit reality we're living in, the day Tastosis stop casting is the day GSL die, even if there are 32 Maru or 32 Serral to watch, it still doesn't matter. Also, I really hate the fact that whenever there is no Tastosis, I have to be down here posting rant comments then fast foward to the result and leave videos, instead of enjoying all of them. But well, no other choice...

I notice no improvement. Still talking about memes, rehearsing his jokes, not offering any insight into the games. Now I'm just pissed.
I see Rapid getting a lot of shit here, but I think its undeserved. He performed way above my expectations, and I respect him for that. Yes, I too prefer Tasteless, but Tasteless being good doesnt make Rapid bad. Give him some slack peeps
That’s great that you have low enough expectations for him to earn your respect but I think a lot of those being harsh have higher expectations for the cast. I agree tasteless being good doesn’t make rapid bad but I do think that him trying to dominate the cast over a better, more experienced caster and not seeming to be able to just let there be a second of silence makes him bad without any comparison to tasteless or anyone else. I am glad he has fans like you because he doesn’t deserve constant hate when he steps in and helps the cast be possible.
I have a list of things you can do if you don't like rapid: 1. Stop watching. 2. Cast the game yourself. 3. Turn off the audio. I have a list of things you shouldn't if you don't like rapid: 1. Watch the video with the sound on and complain on UA-cam about him. That makes you look absolutely ridiculous.
I'm very impressed with Rapid's lateral thinking. It's definitely something that I cannot do. I'm a very logical, linear thinker. He is able to relate a sci-fi game to all kinds of ... everything!

Do ppl have a Hard on for Rapid? Seems like he will take his turn to talk, then talk way too long and won't give his partner time to add to the banter. He also jumps all over the place (like he's ADD) so they'll start on one topic then end waaay over on another. Maybe the guy is trying too hard idk, he comes off as cringe a lot of the times when he tries to give input or tells a joke. Like the annoying younger sibling trying to speak on something the older cool kids are talking about. I also don't think he is as knowledgeable as some of the other casters, like he guesses and hopes he's right (like when he tried to say Koreans in SC 1 sit back if they're better than their opponents, when really they attack)
Love Sc2 but wish there were more comeback mechanics. First game, one of our players loses 10 workers and you already know he’s 90% gonna lose. Zzzsnoreee
as a zerg you can run lings in 3 seconds to the other side, you can drop with overlords, you can harass with muta's, as a Protoss you have a warp prism with instant warp ins lol

I agree, i couldnt stand rapid either last year but he actually took a lot of the (constructive) criticism to heart and improved imo

There are more than enough comeback mechanics in sc2, this is pro tier gameplay, players dont just sit back. They close out the game...
No matter how top terrans are behind they can just come back with drops. Easy fix
