Eric Goldberg did a commentary on Robin Hood Daffy and he pointed out some Richard Thompson scenes. Eric said he drew flatter than the others and often did huge eye expressions kinda like Virgil Ross where Virgil also plays with eyes and eyebrows
I'm pretty sure 0:53 is actually Tom Ray and 1:32 is Ken Harris. I also believe Thompson was a key animator before 1950. Fair and Worm-er, A Pest in the House, Mississippi Hare, Rabbit Hood, Rabbit of Seville... his presence was rather frequent and often animated large sections, like in Feed the Kitty, Beep Beep and Stop, Look and Hasten. Considering he was older than Washam and Monroe, I don't feel like excluding this option. He was a Harris lookalike at first, but drew toes differently. I never got why it took him so many years to receive official credits in Wild Over You. Maybe it's something related to Monroe's departure.
wait, he was a key animator as early as 1946 in terms of release dates, I thought he would become a key animator around 1949 in terms of the release dates of the shorts

I noticed he animates a lot of staggers
Daffy Duck is My Favourite Bird
Richard Thompson wasn't animated in Duck Amuck.
He was, he simply lacked credit
