The dance created by the Riley family in WA and their daughter was Tracie Lee . Out of curiosity, what is the rule in New Vouge these days of "Breaking Hold" is it allowed?

Hi melbman43! Thanks for your feedback on the video. Dancing is all about self expression, so breaking hold is of course encouraged at any time if both partners agree and enjoy the creativity that comes from experimenting with their dancing. For competitive dancing, in the lower grades couples must stay in hold and demonstrate the holds as choreographed.
