Asa koi judgement boliye jo supreme Court me beta ke against me dismissed ho ya ho? Muslim law me joint property hoti hai kay? Muslim law me Daadi appni self aquire property ko appne bacchon ke without consent se appne potte (grand son) ke name se wasiyat (will ) kar sakthe hai kaya? Supreme Court judgement se boliye?

Sir ji give me one favour n advise. My saala(my wife's brother). Brought a HUDA 60 yds plot by seller ABC (ABC has alloted this plot in 2002 huda issue a allotment letter . Reserved category weecher section) ABC has DelhiGPA 2002, blank agreement , indiminty bond n both papers are belanks but signed by ABC. But ABC got another plot in huda 36yds 2001 allotment. Both plot no resume. GPA transfer stoped by huda. FiR lodged in 2016 on ABC plot alloted. Panjab n Haryana High court GPA transfer validation case pending. My saala has paid all installment HUDA. In 2009 huda issue a letter through GPA I'm owener n huda claim increase plot price n huda demanded paid him.my saala also paid. What kind of suit instituted for save my saala rights. 7000rs due in huda plot account
But ABC denied aal right n money how can save our rights pls help me sir

Sir, which is the faster way to reach the post of high court judge, PCS-J or Higher level judiciary exam? As promotion from lower lever judiciary to higher level judiciary takes more time than 7yrs.

PCS - J highest promotion is ADJ. & then retirement. So go for HJS /ADJ direct exam.
