And it is only getting better. It’s different travelling by sailing, as you don’t cover the distance as on land. It forces you to slow down and sort of be in the place, not just travel past it.
So excited you's are sailing now but you have to film anchoring, where your anchored and the weather at anchorage!!!! But I forgive you's as your excited and flabbergasted!!!
Really feeling for you guys my last 40ft steel SV had duel helm hyd steering problems for the 16 year's i owned her not as bad as yours appears to be though all those years sailing OZ and Asia would have been much more pleasant without chasing the ongoing rust repairs. ,have owned a solid glass SV with cable steering for the last 3 years and all the stress has melted away.all the best TnT.

Thanks, we feel your support and enthusiasm. We are hoping to continue our land based truck travels, but of course at the moment we will be sailing. The Bushtracker has gone to new owners a few months ago. Lots of good and bad adventures over the next month or so to come. We are currently in the Whitsundays Islands 👍

I was watching wildling sailing, fixing his cat. He was doing his steering, the designer of his cat said 5 1/2 turns to full lock from centre.
Steering is all fixed now… our steering is 3 full turns from centre. No more endless steering 👍
