Yall it took me years to get hip to Miralax, Metamucil and Probiotics. Our of the blue at about 43 yrs old I started feeling so strange on Vacation. My gyno kept telling me rhat my hormones were changing and it would go away. I ruined a few trips feeling miserable. Not anymore I keeps my travel kit ready
