Option selling is better than option Buying. IF you have enough margin option selling is good. lam an option seller always. I make money from option selling.
For beginners option selling or buying what will be preferable because for option selling looks like professional business with 2,3 percent profit but option buying need huge skill for price action
If mkt is trading between higher highs simply buy call option and sell the put option If mkt is trading between lower lows buy the put option and sell the call option This is the only way to make money regularly in stock mkt.

@@dhananjay6028 Intraday there is a high possibility that SL is hit.. But if there is a dip of 200 points in seconds then the sl may not get triggered.. It can jump over, I don't know if you remember the nse glitch where in 2 seconds nifty fell 100 points.. Anyways I am not a big fan of SL..

Let’s talk about adjustments- you are telling with adjustment we will increase our position size. This itself explains you either have no knowledge about adjustments for undefined risk strategies or want to simply hide it from your viewers.let’s assume I have a short strangle and one of strike becomes ITM. Adjustment strategy is to roll other profitable strike by closing the old strike and opening a new short position closer to current price. Thereby reducing delta. Since I closed my one position and opened a new one , where did I increased my position size? Losses can be minimized with adjustments for sure. People will have to have emotional intelligence to execute proper adjustments and no stock market guru can teach emotional intelligence.
