lmfao this is very accurate. I actually moved to a new city for college, 2 hours away. I think I was around 20. I was away from home, my family, and I had all this freedom. I went to class for maybe two weeks, then I stopped going lol. All the freedom, drugs, and alcohol gave me anxiety and I fucking dropped out.
I still remember when my 4th grade teacher told us we would be using cursive writing from then on out....4th grade was the first and last time I used cursive besides signing my name
definitely agree with going to college in mid twenties instead of 18. I would do it that way if I could do it again. I lost my mind when going to college and barely studied lol. I should have just moved out, went to work, and let my hormone crazed brain settle out for a bit
Gabriel Medina 100%. I fucked up big time in my late teens in university. Went back at 23 and not that I did great but much better. I was more serious. Totally different.
@@teresahowick5197 Man I dropped out of college when I was 21. I did not know what the fuck I was doing there. I'm 25 now, matured a little bit more, and I kinda know what I wanna do. What degree did you go back?
Nadim I got my BA in Child Studies. It allows me to teach preschool. I just started back at work after 15 years out (raising kids) but life circumstances I had to step away. Now I’m thinking I won’t go back until my youngest (8) is older. I’m lucky I have that choice.
@@Digger-Nick bro tbh I dont think university is not for me lol. Im a hands on type of dude and I cant sit in a class for 2-4 hours listening to a person talk looking at the board while Im taking notes for 2-4 years. I'm thinking about going to barber school or doing truck driving. What about you?
I had the same issue with teachers in high school, and when I asked “when will I use this in real life?” My teachers always said “for your groceries”. Also, had the same exact problem with college. It should be later in life there’s no need to figure shit out at 21
I asked my algebra teacher when would we use this in real life and she flat out said "You won't". I was not the best student. The joke's on her though, because now look who's got the groceries. Me. Lots of groceries.
School gives everyone a go but its really just meant to find the smartest students for future professions. Dude my daughter is 9 and has been writing jokes since she was 7. And she's hilarious. Dude, she said she loves to make people laugh!! How insane is that?! I'm not funny, her dad isn't funny, like where did this come from? Also dude, freaking first talent show is coming up (4th grade) and she's doing a set! Hahahahaha dude! Oh my gosh. She wants to do a stand up set. Her father's side of the family is telling her she should do something else, she said if she does something else it'll be a comedy skit LMAO. As a parent, I'm so ecstatic to have such a dope kid, she's my entertainment lol. I know noone will ever believe me except her, cuz I always told her this, while I was pregnant I literally had this feeling that this kid would be hilarious. I'm very serious, you know how some mom's know that their kid will have like blond hair or whatever, dude I knew, the feeling that I had a funny ass baby inside of me would hit me throughout the whole 9 months. And she's exactly that. I have videos of her making up her own knock knock jokes when she was 4, like alot of them bombed but the cuteness overload made them work. I have to tell you, especially after mentioning a stand up comedy class. I'm dying laughing Because I just need other people to also know this, it's like a parent thing. After the first two fucking students went up I said Fuck this. Laziest teaching i have ever seen. Imaginary numbers arent used but for one test in precal. Cal & calc 2 have none.
