    Always knew pitha or pithe to be 💯% vegetarian. Offered as naivedya. Never ever saw eggs being added. Is it a traditional Bengali recipe or of Bangladeshi?

      Great observation! In our Bangladeshi version, we use eggs for fluffiness and richness. Soaking in milk further enhances the texture. It's all about achieving that perfect bite!
