The Church took decades to call Fransis of Paola to Service, (oops... I acknowledge what this video says about how the popes may have been favorably impressed with Francis subsequent to an investigation... yeah, the Popers were not all bad. For instance, Saint Bernard of Clairvaux and his Order had produced a Pope or two. But ordinarily it seems that the Bishops ALWAYS fight against the recognition for any Saint, as only stealing their thunder. For instance, there was a story that Francis had been witness to a worker falling off a scaffolding and instead of allowing him to fall to his death, he stopped his fall as if by magic and with some great invisible hand lowered him safely to the ground. Of course this attracted a lot of attention but most of all from the local Bishop who only used it as an opportunity for the Local Bishop to scold Francis for his Attention Seeking. Okay, Francis was humbled and bowed to the Bishop, but then, not long afterwards the same situation happened again, when a worker was up on a scaffold repairing storm damage to a church tower, but this time Francis only fixed the worker up in the air but did not lower him to the ground, but instead went to the Office of the Bishop to see if the Bishop wanted the Death of the Worker to be on his head. But, yes, this only made the Institutional Church more angry. The Church in fact has agan and again proven that it HATES its Saints.... that is, when they really are Saints. Nowadays there have been no real Saints. The Popes nowadays canonize Saints as political gestures -- we see no Miracles as from Saints of old. What, the requirement is to have one or three verifieable miracles over an entire lifetime. The Requirement should be 3 miracles a week for six months in a row. What does the Church need with Little Weak Saints. We need Giants for our Saints, but, then again, the Bishops would hate them and use vows of obedience to stop them in their tracks. Really, the only Miracles we see nowadays is that they can have so much Anal Intercourse with each other without lighting their backsides on fire. I guess they use the Oil of Anointment for Lubrication. Yeah, the Vatican should take just a fraction of the money they spend out on Court Settlements in its Sex Scandals to build a High Rise Dungeon Complex, and then summon all the Catholic Clergy in the World, that Freemasonry of Homos, and lock them all up and throw away the keys, and then appoint an entirely new clergy, hand picked by a Saint who can walk on water, and if the Catholic Church can not find one Miracle Worker, then it needs to resign en masse and allow some New Church to take over. Really what possible Moral Authority can the Catholic Church have anymore after 3 or 4 Papal Generations of Sexual Scandal? Even the Conservative Bishops clamor the most for doing NOTHING, claiming that the Sacrament of Confession.... they all CONFESS to their Crimes.... that Confession is the Ultimate Get Out of Jail Free Card.... just sell the Schools and the Hospitals to pay off the Civil Judgements. Yes, that is the Business Model of the Catholic Church. So I guess we have no Real Saints today, because any Real Saint would storm the Vatican like Elijah would, and the Sin of the Church would be thrown out the Upper Windows and carried off by the Dogs of Hell. Oh, I noticed something from my readings, that Saints seem to come from Religious Families, or at least they are the children of Marriage. My readings also point to the unpleasant fact that we get Demon Possessed People from the Third Generation of Bastards, and heaven help the world from the progeny of a Seventh Generation of Bastardom. But, yes, I believe that the Institutionalization of Infant Baptism can preclude this kind of curse, but, in many cases the unmarried parents of bastard children would care little about getting their babies baptized, and so the problem remains.
