Depends on the community. In Santa Rita, they have a 2999 plan with a media room option. The living room / kitchen feels different but each community will likely offer something that has a media room option.
Raj those builder grade lights and fans in the bedrooms and restrooms would have to go or I’d just ask for a credit for all of them . I’d get Fanimation fans for the bedrooms and living room downstairs and cheap but modern vanity lights for the restrooms on Amazon . Then I’d also ask for credits for all those cheap restroom mirrors and just tell them to paint there instead. A company on Amazon called Andy Star has really nice mirrors that look expansive and are great quality for half the price they have them in Restoration Warehouse and online on Article , PotteryBarn and CB2 . Amazon modern vanity lights cheap but nice looking cabinet hardware with Stikwood under a AndyStar mirror would make everyone of those restrooms look twice as expensive for nothing considering what builders charge to do that. With the builder credit it definitely offer the price of all those fixtures and they shouldn’t have a problem installing them for free since it’s the same three wires to install the ones they provide or ones the client provides either way I don’t see why they would charge more to do that . Anyway this house has good bones it’s just missing that unique touch I see in a lot of the homes you show . I also realize it’s more realistic because this is not a model home and is what most people get so I always consider that as well but it’s still lacking a bit .
This is fantastic feedback! This home was still technically under construction and so I believe the homeowner selected some items they would likely change out after market. For mirrors, we can usually ask the builder to leave them out to avoid glue behind the mirrors to make it easier to add your own after market. They usually don’t provide credits for the mirrors though.

This home has sold but the plan can be built in that community and others. You can then pick the lot you need for your facing direction.
