I love the song. It's the message of DON QUIJOTE DE LA MANCHA. We individuals are right, may be idealists and have to fight against all odds, against windmills. I am weird but not afraid. I don't care. SEVENTEEN, you are representing me with this song. I love you!
@@sofiapardo9194 hola. Thank you so much for the quick lyrics upload! it helps carats appreciate the song even more knowing these meaningful lyrics quick correction! at 0:35, Mingyu is referencing "LaMancha's windmill", where La Mancha is a real place in Madrid that actually inspired the original author of Don Quixote. The significance behind the windmills is that Don Quixote actually tries to fight them in the novel, mistakenly thinking that they're these huge & scary giants. Once he finds out that they're not evil as per his imagination & are just windmills when another character points this out, the windmills come to symbolize our personal struggles with imaginary demons who we've probably over-inflated due to our own fears. hope this helps for other literature nerds out there!!
You are right except it isn't on Madrid, it's in Castilla La Mancha, another part of Spain, and the one who points it, it's Sancho Panza, Don Quijote squire's, greetings from Spain ^^

In an era where even some veteran and popular 3rd gen groups releasing disappointing tracks and just letting fans do the streaming job more, SVT gave Carat a high quality and new performance. Even their stages, they didn't look tired or sad or just too of themselves, they performed their songs like Rookies. SVT truly are one of a kind and Carats are lucky to support them. SVT gave us a gift and didn't just cool down or choose a different path like others, they are giving us what we wanted, a high quality song with high quality stage.

Their vibes kinda matches with the order they appear in the song as well. Woozi appears first (0:05) and it feels like he is feeling rebellious and the seeds of rebellion are sown. Hoshi comes (0:56) and sounds like he is ready to fight and is so determined. Seungkwan's part (1:45) feels when he is actually taking on the society and fighting for what he feels is right, feeling tired but still powering his way through despite it all (which is also my fave part in the entire song, absolutely love the way he sings it). And then comes DK's considerably brighter voice (2:23) which sounds like he has defeated them and is revelling in his victory.
