She can't take nothing it's not in his name the owner actually is Mr Muhammad but he nor the kids have paperwork on it , least I don't think so unless Muhammad went to the court and claimed the land, the father debt to her ended when she sent him to prison paying it off cause she refused to have him released, if she have him released she can get the money owed if she don't and go to the court demanding money while he's still locked up she will be committing fraud. Even if she releases him that home would have to have his name on it.
