When I was younger I asked for a Camp Lazlo DVD for Christmas (at an age where I couldn't look it up and see there wasn't one). On Christmas morning I got the entire series on DVD. 8 discs without being divided into seasons and the end titles have CN commercials over them. Basically they obviously are directly ripped from tv but I couldn't care less.
I still have that to this day and make sure I marathon the entire series at least once a year.
I miss this show so much
Wilhuff Tarkin don't ask it Cartoon Network will ruin it like other great shows
My favorite character ended up being Edward. At first I didn't like him because he was just a stereotypical bully, but over the course of the series he really progresses and I sympathized with him. Plus he's voiced by Mr. Lawrence (aka Plankton) so what's not to like?
Fact # 108: Jodi Benson (best known as the voice of Ariel from The Little Mermaid) did voices for several female characters on the show.
And coincidentally, Jodi voiced a mermaid character on the show as well.
Attention, campers
Attention, campers
It's time for Camp Lazlo
I used to love camp Lazlo. Man I miss this cartoon network. 90s kids love they're cartoon network, but I love me some courage the cowardly dog, camp Lazlo, foster's home for imaginary friends, the grim adventures of Billy and Mandy, ed edd and eddy, code name kids next door, and teen titans.
I think i was around 8 or 9 when i watch this shows. Also you forgot the miss adventures of flapjack.
I'm not a 90s kid and I watched all of those shows and I like most other than Billy and Mandy
This show is so underrated now
LooneyCoon no one even knows about Camp Lazlo, it was literally my childhood tv show
Bro this show was my favorite as a kid loved watching it on cartoon network every time it came on 😎😀😀
The show is based on Joe Murray's childhood experiences at summer camp (he said he attended summer camp every summer for "4 or 5 years in a row" and that he "couldn't really get the scouting thing down".)
Tom Kenny describes Slinkman as his favourite character.
Joe Murray wanted one of the main characters to be Indian and decided that the elephant would make a good choice, and so Raj was born.
Tom Kenny came up with the idea of Lumpus being a lunatic who locked up the real scoutmaster. Joe Murray liked it so much he made it the series finale.
Shortly after the show's first season, Joe Murray's second wife divorced him. As was the case when his first wife had committed suicide during production on Rocko's Modern Life, Murray started drifting away from the show's production until he left completely, angry that his involvement in a TV show had ruined his love life once again.
The campers range from kid age to teenagers, yet are voiced by adult actors.
Many alumni from Murray's previous show, Rocko's Modern Life, worked on this show. Several of them were also alumni of Spongebob Squarepants, a show created by former Rocko director Stephen Hillenberg.
Joe Murray described Edward the platypus as being one of his favourite characters on the show.
Modern technology such as cell phones and computers are rarely, if ever seen in the show. Joe Murray did this to give the show a more "retro" feel. He ultimately wanted Camp Kidney to be a place "...where nature prevails, and the hustle and bustle of real-life is left behind."
Some backgrounds were created using "Acryl Gouache," a mixture of acrylic paint and gouache.
Joe Murray described the voice of Scoutmaster Lumpus as "...a crazy mix of Richard Nixon and W.C. Fields."
Joe Murray worked with art director Sue Mondt to choose the right color scheme for the show; Murray wanted to evoke a nostalgic feeling of childhood summer camps.
Premiered the same day as Catscratch (2005).
Joe Murray asked Tom Kenny to voice characters because Murray felt that Kenny "adds writing to his roles" and "brings so much." Murray looked for "comedic timing" in his voice actors, and therefore he used many stand-up comics and sketch actors.
This is the first Cartoon Network Original Series that has no humans
This was a very underrated show and I loved watching it when it was on. I checked it out again all these years later and it's still holds up actually it's even better than I remembered.
This show is grossly underrated. I loved this show so much as a kid, and still do.
Al Cortes Same! I’ve seen people hate on the show and it bothers me because it was actually really good!
There are 2 types of people I know who hate Camp Lazlo.
1. People who hate SpongeBob so much that they hate other shows they think is similar to it whether they're exact copies of it like Coconut Fred or they're nothing like it like Camp Lazlo
2. Most SpongeBob fans
I played ALL of those Lazlo flash games. Late 2000s were the ultimate flash game era and my childhood was shaped by playing flash games with friends.
Wow, someone's actually made a video about Camp Lazlo in 2017. Someone is still talking about it. I was 18 when it ended and it feels like yesterday
I miss this show. One of the few shows my family sat down and watched together.

Holy... OMG!!! I remembered this show as a kid but I didn't really see much of it until I decided to rewatch it right now. 😝😂
This was one of my favorite Cartoon Network shows when I was younger. I always looked to Friday Nights in 2005, because Foster's Home, Puffy AmiYumi, and Camp Lazlo would all play from 7:00 - 8:30PM, so it was awesome to watch new episodes of 3 of my favorite cartoons before going to sleep. The one episode I always remember was when Raj ate all the marshmallow. I believe that episode made me love marshmallows. Great memories.
God, I miss Cartoon Network Fridays... I had no idea how much I'd end up missing my childhood, later on.
Edward is my favourite character, because he’s macho kid with kind heart.
Dude this show is so underrated..one of the best shows too! my nostalgia always has me rewatching old shows and listening to old music from when I was young 😭
This was the show that made me pursue drawing
@DDrummer Decided to go into math and business instead. I still love cartoons and animation but as a career, its way too high risk/low reward for my liking
Actually all the character except Raj and Slinkman pronounce Lumpus' name wrong and Raj started calling Lazlo dude in season 4. Apart from that loved the show as a kid.
AND LAZLO WAS HIS NAME-O
I want a Camp Lazlo crossover with rocko modern life
fusionfall is coming back actually! two versions of it, retro the original, and legacy a reimagined version. legacy has been confirmed to have Lazlo, Raj, Clam, Lumpius, Slinkmen, and Camp Kidney itself.
I watched camp lazo when i was little
My mom used to watch this show with me, sometimes. I remember we both loved the scene where the Bean Scouts were burping at the talent show. xD
The Kidney Campers were my fav gang of Cartoon Network!!!
My favorite is Lazlo, Raj and Clam, the Jellybean Cabin Trio. Because I wish they were popular so they'll be on the baggy packs of jellybeans. In fact, they'll be sold from all stores so everyone can have them all over the world!
I miss Camp Lazlo 😔
Camp Laszlo with the show i'm feeling the nostalgia
Despite getting bored with Rocko's Modern Life, I almost ALWAYS enjoyed Camp Lazlo. I thought Lazlo himself was very cute, and I always wanted to see him happy. True, I had some anger towards Lumpus and Edward for trying to ruin Lazlo's fun, but that only made me more satisfied when they got what they deserved. I often felt some pity for Sampson, and wanted to see him happy as well. And I found the romance between Lazlo and Patsy quite adorable. Still another thing I liked about Camp Lazlo; it's thanks to this show that we got The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack! Since Flapjack is in my top three for my favorite animated series, any show that led to its coming to existence has to be good enough for me. I'm not going to call this show as good as Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Chowder or Flapjack, but I would most definitely take this show over Rocko's Modern Life.
64 is my favorite fact, seeing that in the show was mind blowing and hilarious to me at the same time.
I miss this show badly
I loved playing the Camp Lazlo video games as a kid.
There was a cartoon Network commercial where Lazlo goes to and ice cream truck and asks for a " support banana bong puff". Can we talk about that?
All the years the show aired, I'm surprised there were never episodes titled, 'Lazlo And The Beanstalk' or, 'The Little Mer-goose.'
My favorite childhood show
Remember when Cartoon Network did a special alien event called "Invaded" and most of the specials were cheese obsessions? Good times.
Dang! I was watching an episode of this online earlier today!
And now this video comes out! Life is full of coincidences!
I really really really really miss and loved this show. I hope they do a reboot just as good as the old one please.
7:11I related to the characters when it comes to wondering what Edward is. In fact, at the part of my childhood that is spent watching Camp Lazlo, I never knew what a platypus is. But moments later when I started watching Phineas and Ferb, I started to know about platypuses and the most important fact about them: THEY EXIST!
I HAD THAT MACDONALDS LAZLO PLUSH!! and I remember playing some of those games!
ATTENTION CAMPERS ATTENTION CAMPERS ITS TIME FOR CAMP LAZLO!
THERE WERE TWO SCOUTS WHO MADE A FRIEND AND LAZLO WAS HIS NAME-O
L-A-Z-L-O
L-A-Z-L-O
L-A-Z-L-OOOOO

L-A-Z-L-O
L-A-Z-L-OOOOO
AND LAZLO WAS HIS NAME-OOO!!!
(YODELAY-HEE)
I was watching the new Rocko‘s Modern Life special on Netflix and as I was watching it I started thinking “you know this reminds me a lot of Camp Lazlo, maybe Camp Lazlo took some inspiration from Rocko”. I had no idea both shows were made by the same guy.😆 My first guess should’ve been after hearing the same voice actors on both shows and Heffer himself making an appearance during the last episode of Camp Lazlo.😆😆
lumpus is in rocko 2018
I still own a plush Lazlo toy!
Man, I love this show soo much.
The real Lumpus was supposed to be Heffer but due to copyright that was scrapped
I believe Joe Murray confirmed that it's still Heffer, but they couldn't call him by that.
Damn I used to love that show throwback
loved this show
I got the plush lazlo and I remember it vividly XD
I still love watching this show! I bought the entire series from apple!
Another fun fact: Mr Lawrence who voiced Filbert on Rocco also did voices and wrote for Camp Lazzlo.
I lovvvveed this show when I was younger. I miss it :'c
My favorite cartoon when it was on! :D
AaaaaaaaaAAAAAAGH THE MEMORIES ARE COMING BACK TO ME

I'm not joking,Joe said that on the nickelodeon podcast
I loved this show when I was a kid! It was so funny!
Scoutmaster Lumpus' name actually IS pronounced “Loompus”, the characters just refer to him as “LUMP-us”.
Andrew Hager Yeah, the only person that pronounce his name correctly is Raj.
+Channel Frederator it's not a very popular show, but do you think you could do 107 for Sheep in the Big City
