I know what you mean about the projects sitting around and how they'll "someday get done" LOL! I have several Ziploc bags with all of my salvage parts. One such project still sitting only partially complete is my first pulling tractor based on the Ford TW-series. Another still only partially complete is a pseudo custom-designed two-wheel drive industrial loader tractor that I'm dubbing a "coal-loading tractor" from and old mining company. Sort of one of those tractors built specifically for loader work with only a heavy concrete weight on the rear. I've always been fascinated by those kinds of oddities. I've fabricated a large loader bucket and boom attachment that still need attention. I have some complete tractors in my bin that I've taken out and "put back into service", with only minor repairs like making an exhaust stack or building a new hitch that was broken off. Last year, I wanted to build myself a Case off-road forklift based off of the Construction King chassis, and after telling myself I'd look for a junk Case TLB at a toy show, I found that I did indeed have one on my graveyard of parts. So I ended building one and I think it turned our pretty nice.
