i love how hyped up john gets everytime arthur caughts someone in a lie and how impatient he gets when arthur doesn't straight up ask the question he needs like he's so childish sometimes i adore him
john getting so interested (maybe even excited) about learning how to catch someone else in a lie is so funny when you remember he is/was basically a god of madness and deception, someone who wears many masks to trick people, i wonder if lying was so natural and instinctual to him that as he changed, he lost that instinct and had to relearn it for a moment
i am listening to this on the bus and i SCREAMED! i shrieked! audibly! how dare you guys!? why can’t Arthur have anything nice for more than 5 minutes?
If I had a dime for everytime some traumatizing shit went down in a chapter called " the father " , I'd have 2 dimes, which isn't much but its fuckin sad. . . . Why do so many of my favorite characters have daddy issues 🥲
i was hoping that finding out bella didn't want to marry him either made arthur feel a bit less guilty about her death (he wasn't the one, or the only one, who trapped her into that marriage) but seeing what just happened to daniel...
I finished these episodes on iHeart Radio but now imma try and comment on here because the team needs to know i appreciate them so sorry in advance if any comments mix up episodes lol Once again being reminded that I need a comfort show for my comfort show desperately XD
Hey, podcasts take a lot of time and effort to make! So sometimes it might take a couple of days longer to drop a new ep! If it takes even longer than that, Harlan Guthrie (the creator of Malevolent) usually tells that in his twitter/discord! /not negative
malevolent title is neither for Arthur nor John, not even the King in Yellow Instead it's the narrative, the podcast itself, that is Malevolent WHY DON'T YOU LET ARTHUR HAVE ONE GOOD THING?? ONE (BARELY) LOVED ONE???
Shoutout to Johnny boy who was just about ready to deck Daniel for mocking his husband
I love how giddy John sounds to be involved in the investigation like "OMG ARTHUR HES LYING HE'S LYING :0" as if Arthur doesn't know
i love how hyped up john gets everytime arthur caughts someone in a lie and how impatient he gets when arthur doesn't straight up ask the question he needs like he's so childish sometimes i adore him
If you can't have your own daddy issues (because your father is dead), daddy issues aquired through marriage is fine
This guy really is just the universe's punching bag

Legitimately the best podcast when do new episodes drop?
Once a month for fully finished, public release! Patrons get weekly chapters leading up to the full episode.
@CaribouStag so did it just stop because your info didn't exactly pan out good sir.
@@syndarus New ep is out for UA-cam as of an hour ago!
