Two years and nobody gave u an answer?! Maybe you already know, maybe you are by now a latin dancer..? in the negative case: No, it is pure free style salsa dancing. Experienced Salsa dancers know the songs, and know where the pauses are as to make elegantly small dancing breaks. The rest is what you usually learn at Salsa school, namely patterns. This style here is called LA, and Luis is a famous exponent of it - not very elegant, but quite dynamic and tons of fun.
