It was so amazing being with you and Josh during Braxton's birth! It was truly a miracle how everything worked out and he is absolutely worth it all and is so beautiful💙💙💙
What a beautiful labor and delivery story! I'm due in 2 days and I'm so inspired by you. I want to have a natural birth as well so watching this really helped! ❤️
This is amazing! I can't wait to have babies of my own in a few years with my husband. You should do update videos on how your baby and you are doing now.
when I had Connor, I also pushed for 3 hours, I was so discouraged too but I pushed my hardest his HUGE head came out, I had a second degree tear, mine also got stuck at the shoulder poor little guy had shoulder dystocia. Connor was 10.9 lbs at birth!! lol congratulations on your LO!
Congrats! What a beautiful birth! I hope with my second time around I can have a natural labor. If you have any other tips, please send them my way! Due in April!
BOrganically does your hospital offer laughing gas? It's an option that you can look into that doesn't affect the baby in any way but offers a little relief to the mom. It won't take the pain away, but it may take the edge off and calm you down. I was planning to use it, but I was just so calm I felt like I didn't need to. Definitely an option! For me, I did a lot of research and knew I would love to do a natural birth but also, not knowing what to expect, I knew an epidural was an option if I felt like it was necessary at some point. So, I wanted to do it natural but didn't want to disappoint myself if I did get one. I had the WORST expectations (lol as terrible as that sounds) but knew my mom did it natural which gave me home that I could too, but since my expectations were so bad as far as how I thought labor would be, I think the reality never got as bad as my expectations and therefore I was able to push through. Haha!! I really don't know! But, I recommend watching the UA-cam video where the girl shares 10 tips on having a natural birth. It helped me.
oumahoney thank you! I actually did not tear too much, surprisingly since I pushed for so long. So I healed well in that aspect; however, the week after birth was quite miserable overall as I felt like I was hit by a bus! Used too many muscles that I am not used to using! Haha but, after all that, I would do it all over again for my sweet baby!
