In recruitment which person we will select
    1. Hard worker
    2. Smart worker

Hard worker. A hard worker does not question or complain about the superiors' intent like a smart worker. Most organizations prefer employing hardworking employees instead of smart or intellectual employees, unless the position to fill is a Professional, Managerial, Executive or Technical position.

    Hi there,
We have come up with a working mechanism that allows objectively assessing the candidate's professional skills. This project literally will change the recruitment market.
At the moment, we are looking for HR experts from large and medium-sized companies who have experience in hiring IT specialists.
Benefits for companies: a completely transparent hiring market, several times lower commissions, cancellation of multi-stage interviews, and the ability to plan to hire for several months in advance.
Benefits for a candidate: just one interview instead of 7-8, higher salaries, and a clear plan for their development as a professional.
