these purported city views of Tokyo are indistingushable from the USA cities of the same day. All the faces in the city are oddly blurred out, while the detail of the trams and ford cars are fairly visible. Sure these aren't the asian ghettos of Detroit, New York, and Chicago? The recording is with western film technology.
