I have been living in Japan in many years, and studied the Japanese cooking. I think it is the best way to show Filipinos what Authentic Japanese Food is all about. The taste and the appearance, or your restaurant should say "Sukiyaki" Filipino Version. You cannot blame us to comment in your video tutorial, but next time, please do not mislead your viewers. I know that business is business but what if someday you encounter one of us, who knew what sukiyaki is and complained? However, let us see what it really tastes like, it is depended who cooked it. This is not the right way of Sukiyaki cooking. And how come there is no raw beaten egg served with Sukiyaki to dip in the beef, and vegetables. In Japan we don't put onion or carrot, and we saute the chinese cabbage as well, and not putting much the sauce.
Then don't call it "Sukiyaki." And just create another name for that. Sukiyaki will never be "SUKIYAKI" if you don't follow the real recipe. And please don't say that YOU or Filipinos don't eat raw eggs. I know a lot of Filipinos who eats it, and uses fresh egg is the best way to avoid stomachache.

This is not the right way of Sukiyaki cooking. And how come there is no raw beaten egg served with Sukiyaki to dip in the beef, and vegetables. In Japan we don't put onion or carrot, and we saute the chinese cabbage as well, and not putting much the sauce.
we dont eat raw egg in the philippines. and the sukiyaki they cooked is already philippinized to accomodate filipino customers.
