- Awesome to have the nationals back in Queensland and only a few hours from home! Echo Valley Raceway is one of the most legit Motocross tracks in Australia and it produced a gnarly race track for the national.

"Home race" kinda with all the family etc... it happens. All athletes have ups and downs. You are having an awesome year.
Big positive is you know the weak points and such. You knwo where to improve.
*We all wish, but I do wonder, if you were on a factory team, just the "less hassle" you have to deal with on a race weekend, somewhat better bike and better resources, just train during the week, it is not hard to see you would be top 5 or better!! Come on factory race teams in OZ... give Joel a shot for a year!

Keep the nose to the grindstone bro. I've seen big improvements this season, don't let one race take the shine off of the positives. You're strong at MX Farm and QMP so finish it off.

@@JoelEvansThankyou! I’ve been riding dirt bikes for a while and got into motocross last year and started getting confident and looked at my local track (Gold Coast) race days and thought why not! In my 4th ever gate drop I came out of the first corner in 5th! My goal is to one day ride at one of the nationals. It may take a while but it’s good to have goals.
I watched you race at Melbourne for the SX and I was wondering where you trained for sx?
Nothing wrong with being pissed off with a 12th in the 2nd moto, definitely a top 10 guy now... love the improvement this season

So what was the temperature that required you to be rugged up in qld?
😂 It doesn’t take much! But I want to say the weather was like a max of 15 degrees but the wind made it feel way colder I swear 😝
Come on man! Please don’t turn in to one of them complaining riders, then for sure I will stop watching, don’t spend 10-20 minutes of my day to listen to you complain, look where you at! 1-2 years ago you would have dreamt on even being in the super pole, and for real, if you can’t enjoy the process when you have made a jump from a 15-20 position rider to a 8-12 rider, you won’t enjoy if you get a 3-8 rider either. So then it’s just a waste of time. At least I watch your channel bcz of the never giving up attitude and to watch your grind and progress. I don’t give a s***t if you finish 10-12 instead of 6-8. So cheer up and stay positive if not at least I have better thing to spend my day on ✌️✌️
