It should work. The USB is still in one piece and it's not touching any of the liquid in the container.

Yeah it totaly works!! just make sure to use A BUNCH of glue to protect the usb from the water :)

I think the water can go a bit murky after awhile, but there is this liquid you can add that is normally used for DIY snow globe (not so sure what it's called though). just a tip for something you'd like to look at. anyway great idea! :)
