I love what you ordered, I had to laugh at my puppy, as she was looking for the squeaky toy when you squeezed the hamburger at the beginning of the video. When she couldn't find it she gave me that look that only a puppy can give you. Lol

I've been holding back on purchasing as I don't want to miss out on those gorgeous wind spinners. I'm hoping you get more of the outdoor decorations. They sell out fast. More cash for you and more happy customers. You have every right to discuss damaged pallets and merchandise. You should call back and speak to a different customer service representative.
Those balls are Good for helping people that have had a stroke, and sometimes it affects a certain side of the body, and they use them to strengthen their hands back up
Those water bottles in the sleeves, I would take the sleeves off and double check for cracks. I received one once with a crack under it, couldn't see until it was taken apart. Would just hate for a customer to get it and be disappointed with you guys (when in reality it's probably from the original damage). And definitely not ranting! It's extremely frustrating but it's nice to see the truth about how these things can happen, and definitely a learning moment. Love the videos!

I think the odds are you'll occasionally have these sort of issues. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be ordering from them again regardless of how good/cute their products are. Customer Service and Competence are kinda important.
Paul, let me be your spokes person and call the company. I love arguing and I am actually very good at it. I also fine the owner or the CEO of the company. They really hate that and don't want you calling them. They will then make sure you never have that problem again, because they know you will bypass their customer service and call them.

If you get with someone on the phone that doesn't seem to listen to you, ask to speak to their supervisor. You go further up the chain of command until your needs are met.

I'd go through the manifest and be sure that you got all the items that were to be on that pallet to be sure that nothing was lost when the pallet was wrecked. I'd also call the company again and get someone higher up than the woman you talked to.

Hello Heather and Paul. Let's see what's inside of this pallet. This company should not have never shipped everything on a pallet. They should've put everything in a bin box so that it would've been better for shipping.
I would compile a list of the damaged inventory and displays and notify the company of the extent of the damage. At the very least, you should be refunded or credited that amount. You also deserve an apology. I would make multiple smaller orders from them so they ship in a box from now on.
im not being funny but as a pallet delivery driver i would not have even loaded that pallet because i know i would have got the blame for it, its happened before. now i take a photo and send it to the boss because im not driving 100s of miles to deliver it for it to be refused at the other end
I don't think you were ranting either. Unfortunately, I feel like customer service has taken a deep decline in recent yrs. I worked retail, fast food and in health care and I would never speak to people the way I have been spoken to lately. Kindness matters and you guys are kind.
When you call a business like that, I would think you got a call center worker following what they have to do which is normally, not much. I've been working call centers for years so I know.
