Cid is different from regular op main characters since his power comes from him viewing everything like a game, or manga since his reincarnation. Please don't spoil this for me if you know the answer but I wonder what he'll do when he figures out that this is his last life. That everything he's done had important effects happen and it wasn't just him copying something cool he saw.
Of course this is his last life, he never had multiple lives in the first place, other than his being isekai'd to begin with and that's a one-off only.

I read the Light novels unfortunately there's no explanation. However there is for Aurora after when Cid aka Shadow destroys the sanctuary Aurora says to Shadow when disappearing. "Please when you find my real body." Then completely vanishes. Cid says that he didn't quite hear what Aurora said at the end. But in the light novel she says "Please when you find my real body kill me." So take what Alpha said however you want.
