- Ya'll. I had to get rid of those scraggly ends. LET THEM GOoOOoo! Hair is healthy and thriving, but never thick enough for me.
I've been taking my prenatals, fenugreek, and an assortment of other vitamins for optimal hair health since the start of the year.
To be honest, length is great, but it's the thickness for me. Im trying to have 2023 thickness and not 2014, mmkay.
