Keep Planting and Keep Growing. Tinendra Chand

Tinendra Chand, a 56-year-old farmer from Raranikawai in Labasa, has been farming since leaving school in class 6 with the aid of his late father. He now owns two farms in Raranikawai and Raranibulu. He grows a variety of vegetables, sugarcane, rice, sheep, and chickens for his own sustenance. The Ministry of Agriculture Waterways provided him with a rotovator equipment for his tractor and a portable rice mill for his cluster, "Raranikawai, Raranibulu Farming Cooperative," and as the cluster President, he keeps and maintains his machines properly.
