Nothing in the said manual (PRSAP Y24-Y28) to indicate recognizing, supporting or promoting motor-sporting events in our public roads. Reason being is that the event as gleaned from the program itself, is risky, dangerous to all road users of public roads and contravenes the basic principle of road safety. Seemingly, the concerned government agencies who attended the hearing is ignorant from the governing program prescribed in the 5-Year Philippine Road Safety Action Plan. Road crash is now becoming public health concern considering it ranks number 8 as a cause of deaths globally. To my view, such motorcycle event is violative of establishes laws, traffic rules and regulations and local ordinances from the very beginning and does not anymore necessitates permits from local authorities. The continous riding for 24 Hours called endurance is not anymore a healthy motorcycle sporting competition but a deadly event threatening public safety.

dapat talaga ipagbawal na sa public roads kung ano ano mang bike challenge or event. nagiging sagabal lang sila at nagiging ugat ng sakuna. pagawa sila ng sariling circuit nila at doon sila kumarera unlimited kung ilan lap. dahil kapag nasa hiway na sila ang asal nila sa kalsada ay nagiging kakaiba. feeling nila hindi sila maaaring hulihin o pahintuin dahil MAYAYAMAN KAMI. hayz.
