I moved to Anna in 2020. While I love the area the neighbors seem to be hit or miss. New neighbors come from various different states and have many different cultural differences. I've seen many come and go as they cannot assimilate to the Texas way of life. I do love the fact that McKinney is a short drive and has some excellent dining and shopping options. Access to medical care in the region is top-notch and the Anna police and fire are highly professional.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It was similar when we lived there, but we moved right before the Wal Mart was built. Melissa is basically experiencing the same dynamic with a wide variety of culture differences within their communities

Love the Anna. Still has some small town charm but also growing quickly. Thanks Mike

Anna still has that small town feel in the east part of town. ty
Agreed. Charming little town that’s sure to grow out of control then next few years
Anna seems to be ripe for some business ventures. Thank you Mike

Thank you Mike
Thank you 🙏
I was just in Anna the other day. It's packed now!
Is there transportation or I need to drive or Uber? How safe is it?
My ex lived here and it felt like a small town but it also felt much more developed than most “small” towns.
Yeah it’s definitely a mix - I think Anna is trying to figure out its identity at the moment lol
These videos are incredible!
thank you for tuning in! I appreciate it
15 mins from DFW but its 45 miles? Your distances are achievable if you have a small plane.
Man, what a great call out! 🤦🏻♂️ thank you. It’s a solid 45-48 min away from the airport***
@@TexasHomesByMike Also, Choctaw is not 60 miles. It is 43 miles and by car less than 45 minutes away.
