- Enjoy my first river sounds for sleeping composition here at Pure Sleeping Vibes. While traveling to my most favorite destination the Black Forest close to my cottage a river was gently creating this magic water sounds. So in the late evening I opened a window, went straight to bed and listened to these ambient sounds all the way until I fell asleep. First thing I remembered then was the early sun shining right through the window and I realized that I probably just had the most relaxing sleep in months. The next night I put my audio rigs a little bit down the stream and recorded throughout the whole night. So I really hope that you will have a similar soothing experience like I did back then and that you can wind down and find peace for the night.
Keep in mind that you may try the sounds in case of insomnia or sleeping problems in general. Feel free to use them for meditation, yoga or if you want to get rid of annoying surrounding sounds while you need to focus on a topic, for example while you study.
💫 I recommend listening to the video at low volume, so you have the best relaxing feeling. Enjoy it!
