I used brachy blast charge blade impact phials , it does pretty dmg too to KT , and not worrying sharpness (since power element phials did 0 dmg to KT, Kjarr weapon is bad in here, if you want to use SAED
Could someone assist me with a translation for the gear he is using? and curious why did you choose the safi bindshield for this run instead of shattershield?
Not 100% sure but i think that this is what he is using: Safi Bindshield x4 attack and teostra essence, attack and health augments Brachy alpha helmet, damascus chest, teostra gamma braces, teostra wraist, brachy legs and agitator charm. Final skills: Crit eye lv7, agitatorlvl7, attack lv4, weakness exploit lv3, crit boost lv3, focus lv3, offensive guard lv3, nitro up lv2, guard lv2, capacity up lv1. Rocksteady mantle with slinger cap lv1 and guard lv1, evasion mantle with KO lv2. The strat is to start the fight dealing some direct dmg on the chest with rocksteady up until kulve gets closer to a wall, then you try to make her face it directly so you can slam her onto it 2 times thanks to slinger up on rocksteady and not having to make her face it with clutch claw attacks so she doesn't get enraged. With that she will get red hot so you will deal much more raw dmg everywhere. Area 2 is basically slam her face when you get her down thanks to the rock without koing her but building up some ko before last area. Here is when paralisis on the weapon should come in so he can finish her off and make it to last area easier thanks to that. The cat goes with sleep hoping she gets asleep on last area for some free CC. In the last area focus tail for dmg and go for the head with AEDs or some phial dmg when possible to knock her up. For mere normal hunters like us this is still a really good strat, easy horns with the amount of CC you have and if the fight in last area is getting tough just put glide mantle instead of evasion and put 2 evasion+ decos on it. You will be able to mount kulve easy and finish the fight and with evasion lvl4 you just get 8 frames less of invulnerability (evasion 4 is 22 frames and ev. mantle 30 on normal rolls). And I usually go evasion mantle because I 2nd as a bow user, and due to that I pretty much dodge as a 2nd nature to guard pointing. Really sucks when u are too tired and try guard pointing with a bow in your hands. It doesnt go well
