Babe, I've bought an smashbox eyeliner not the same but it was a liquid eyeliner from that brand.. and let me tell you it was dry af.. and i couldn't get any product out of it... it was awful.. so it's not your eyeliner, all the smashbox liquid eyeliners are dry 😕
