Wow this is an amazing mod! Definitely subscribed now. One question though: when you sanded it, did you lightly sand it or did you sand the whole anodized aluminum layer off?
thanks!! i just sand it enough at lease scratch the layer of anodized paint,, no need to remove it completely ,, and i use epoxy primer so it well stick to alum and anodized part and the paint will stick oh the epoxy :)

I putty fillers and epoxy to fill holes unused slots from case.. .. And yes it is possible to drill or make hole shapes depending what port you need :) well it realy need patience and some skill and technics for accurate holes or shape for ports you need.. 😁

There is a mod kit as well as a cable (that enables the use of the front powerbutton and I/O) available online. I used that to build mine 6 years ago ☺️
You should have kept the front panel audio and USB and replace the firewire port with a reset button. The rear unlock latch needs painting. Also the G5 logo is not vertically centered. And the power supply sucks and blows hot air inside the case. Wrong placement. The color paint , acrylic / metal mods and LED are great. Overall 80/100
thanks for comments i really appreciate.. all parts that he want to use provided personally by the client, some are salvage parts from his old PC and plan to upgrade sometime soon.. also all works that i made was all he want(client). as you see he even write and mark mesurements and layouts inside the case when i recieve the case, he also tried starts to DIY it by himself, but he lacks on tools to made it smooth. 😅 i also discuss some suggestions from me but most of the finish is what he want and that all that matters to me.. a happy customer 😁😊 thanks again.. 😁
I just made some hollow rectangular wall sized need to the total dimension of i.O ports of the case.. And i just cut the heigth of it manually when i fit it on case.. And fuse with metal epoxy :)
Thanks!!! Its a metal epoxy glue.. adhesion for some parts that cutted out by accidentaly by the owner.. So i reattached and sanded it flat , make it as looks as on whole part again :)
