In this video i shared TOURIST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT | ( 6 Legal ways!) It is possible to come to Canada with a tourist visa and transition to permanent residence and YES! it is very legal. I threw light on this and shared the high points and the low points for each scenario. Tourist to permanent resident is achievable but requires a lot of work and commitment. Yes you have to apply for work permit. Work permit is the visa that allows you entry into Canada.
