Nicely played ! This will be a bit of a challenge with all those quick triplets, but I think I'll try to learn this set on my new...wait for it...Chris Wall sweetbrass. Yes it's here. Cheers Andrew
I'm trying this on my new d whistle, a Chris Wall Sweet brass. It has a beautiful quiet sound. It's probably me...I'm used to playing pipes. It takes hardly any air at all to sound those low d notes. I'll try another whistle. Maybe my Generation. The Burkes are a bit pricy for me.
I’m so confused on what type of whistle to get. Your link shows so many Burke whistles and another video I watched said to get a Santo B flat whistle and the Clarke D whistle. So confused.
@@momlifeandmargaritas then go for a Clarke sweetone in the key of D to get started on. If you enjoy playing, you can get a better, more expensive whistle in future 💚
Thank you for making an effort to be in tune. You have no idea how many tutorials out there don't even bother (or maybe you do). Some of them start off out of tune, then their intonation is all over the place, it drives me nuts and makes me stop learning the piece.
Very cool!! Good!! Thanks a lot Stephanie
Our midweek vitamins, lovely and brilliant as always. Thanks.
Thanks!
Oh wow, thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️ I really appreciate your support!
I will try! 😁 Thank you, have a beautiful day! Hugs! 🤗❤
nice, i learnt joe banes in a g fingering on the low d whistle, so this version is nice to know too :)
Nice tune will be fun to learn. Thank you!👍❤

Amazing how you are able to play those first two d notes without jumping into the next octave. I'm finding it impossible😕
Which whistle are you playing on? Might be worth trying one that needs a bit more/less air to see if that helps 😊

@@AndrewUxcentric I was just thinking something else from what you currently have 😊 helps to change whistle sometimes. 😘
What's your absolute favourite high d whistle, cos I keep loosing them and need to order another. ?
Well, it's difficult to choose just one, but Lír whistles are my go-to 👍

Is it your first whistle?

I try my best, not always perfect but I know it's helpful 💜
