Listening to the composer Mrs Tamani,i learnt something new. it's not matiavi it's Mateaki.. the story is just touching..

saw Ilisapeci Tamani on TV last night on her interview for the Tribute to classics by Nem and Talei. Very touching story, everyone watching at home was in tears durin her interview. I salute her for tye composure of this song and how ee can relate to it. I wonder if there is a recording of the original available

There is am original version sung by the Suva Bay Group which are the Luke Tamani (Brother) and his two sisters which include Ilisapeci. I think its with the FBC in Suva. I once had a copy from them for all their songs and somebody stole it from me.
