Working on a Castle Environment - Adding modular destruction.

- I've been working on this project for a few weeks on and off. Like to try and get a video sequence of it but needs some finer details. I do plan on finishing this castle in it's entirety for a project I am working on and I figured we can work on this together for those that are interested. Won't be talking due to being hyper focused on getting this done. Bulk of assets used are from this pack here.

I have a question
My friend and I just started our game studio and I want to know if we make a game are we allowed to use anything from UE 4 and 5 and start to make profit once completed.
Meaning if we want to buy or use for free?

I guess you've figured out how is it in 10 month, but for those stumbling upon your comment, EVERYTHING you use from Marketplace and Megascans is free and allowed for commercial usage. Only once your revenue from the game gets to be over 1 million USD, only then you will need to pay 5% of your profits to Epic Games as royalties. You just will need to mention License and other stuff in a disclaimer or wherever it's done according to the copyright law. It is also described where and how to do in the Epic Game Licensing documentation. Also good thing to mention from whom you've "borrowed" the assets, but no one will prosecute you if you don't do it. Just good manners, I'd say. Basically, sell, do the basic copyright requirements according to the Epic Games License, and only once you make over 1 000 000 USD, you pay 5%.
