@@andrewelliott1939 you might find goat meat at Indian/Pakistani/middle eastern grocery stores or Caribbean grocery stores. That’s where I used to buy mine here in the states. But now some speciality butchers have also started carrying goat meat, it’s catching on in popularity among western chefs.
@@Ziegut Thanks for that. But you may say that I don't live in a very cosmopolitan town. 😉 I had my first Jamaican goat curry the other month, but that was 200 miles away. I generally use lamb and what we call mutton in my Indian curries, and that's quite delicious.
Mutton looks so delicious and tempting
Another hit by Chef Prateek, looks amazing will try!
Please do! And thanks for the compliment! ❤
Thank you soo much Karen 😊
I'm going to make this tonight using a shank as I don't have mutton pieces. Just to confirm measurements are Tablespoons not teaspoons?

1:20 Why am I hearing sizzling sounds?
I have no pressure cooker - what are the alternative options
Cook it for longer hours in the pot itself
Cover and cook it in the pot but keep stirring in between:)
