Overall the purpose of this video is to share my thought process behind how I like to play a nukie. You should absolutely use your own strategies, this is simply to give inspiration for others and share some gameplay tips.
Salvagers are usually robust, the reason they are robust is because they fight carps and stuff 60% of the time. I myself, have like 300-400 salv hours and i have 1500h overall play time, so i am pretty robust
I am always impressed that you already start explaining RIGHT at the start of the video. The main intro you have is the first second of black screen 😂 Awesome!
I rarely seen nukies succeding their entrance lose and never seen nukies failling their entrance win. I keep repeating this instructions in my head to not have my nukie roll wasted : -Pick a crowbar and welding tool. -Count your teammates. -Make sure everyone is visible with a jetpack in hand in the corridor of the infiltrator leading to space. -When you are in space, make sure everyone is in space before going to the station. -Follow the commander like his shadow. -If the commander want to enter via a red external door HACK the first door. do not emag it. -In maints, copy your commander's every move and have a crowbar ready. -If you encounter a maint dweller, only the person in front should kill it, if it flees, only the commander is allowed to chase. -Once you enter a hallway, have the commander in front, two operator hugging the walls on each side and the agent in the middle before first contact. I do a lot of spectating and I've seen more nukies dying by their own hands than by opposing fire.
one time on marathon we were doing zombie ops when we just walked into the captain outside right by 15:32, though we only minor won because a nukie bought a syndi cat and the cat blew us all up!
Whenever I have to fight nukies its like I'm going against the most robust team in existence. The two times I got to play nukie the Commanders wanted to do meme ops. My first experience as a nukie was being handed a Mosin and told to charge because it they were doing 1800 ops.
"On this map, like most, you can blow up all of security's equipment and half the station's systems with no chance of being detected" And that's why nukies suck to play against
You can also give a monkey reinforcement a c4,a wrench and an eva suit (wich all are free since they spawn at syndie ship or planet). And just remove grav from meta for just 6 tc
Im bored soo ill make a list of alternative strats that i could think off. First for atlas you need an emag and 1 c4. For entering you just go to left of arrivas and emmag your way trough the airlock (not the arrivals one, the one on the left), and then just plant a c4 on the wall and bomb it, BOOM you just broke into armory. You can also kill comms and grab with just a dissarming/destroying tool and 2 c4, just go to the left part of the station (arrivals is considered the top) and look for the room, then you just break the wires and bomb your way in, you break all comms and then you just bomb the gravity generator with a c4, DONE
@@Liltenhead I get that but rushing armory always seemed like the best move. It often just ends up being one sided and slow if they do it right. Im not usually a part of the action but I like seeing a big fight. Though I guess we have war for that kind of thing
armory raid is so overrated, once everyone knows nukies are in armory cargo orders a shit ton of guns, captain starts just straight up playing tag with them, constantly running away using his jetpack advantage (unless he's an idiot and rushes nukies) while the crew is taking out nukies one by one
dont even need to watch, how to win nukies every time step 1 rush armory within 5 minutes of starting. i hate people who do that man sometimes i just wanna zombopps or fishopps or hell even mosinopps
@@whitegorilla1368 Yeah I mean there's like 3 categories of things nukies can do total, so was a fair guess to make. Armory rushing wouldn't be such a common tactic if every armory wasn't 1 tile away from space. Fland and Bagel are the only two that rushing it has actual risk. Even the Bagel isn't too hard to get to.
@@Liltenhead yeah nukies are a lot better on mrp servers in general cus you can do shit like random centcom inspection, wheres on lrp you try that tactic and even if the heads go along an atmos tech is just gonna axe you down in the hallway (based on a true story)

Delta station pls
instructions unclear, got tided by a horde of assistants with guns
Accurate, im more scared of salvage than security tbh

One thing you gotta think is station drifting.
Gotta blame cargo smashing their ship in the station.
Chess openings for nukkies when.
I'm not good at chess

Clearly the only answer is the thermonuclear queen gambit
Security pasant, captaining, the Sicilian offense, and finally the salv takedown
20:12 actually, that's the default for ALL kammerer safes. They all contain four shotgun drums.
That's really funny. Free nukie ammo
19:08 just send it away they don't need it (made me lauging)
You can unwrench grav gen? Wow

Couldnt you just buy clown bag with agent ID? The clown PDA ID Guarantees maint access. Most of the time you are just emmaging maint doors.
Oh yeah, you totally can. I just prefer keeping the doors broken open since it helps the team out more, and spacing areas is always a benefit.

watching this vid with no intentions of ever actually turning the check to play nukie on
How do you tp to the nukie base as admin
youre sleeping on blowing up cargo or the telecomms
I hate that the best strat is preventing the other team from fighting back.
I mean nukies in general is a gamemode where they have to kill everyone. I also don't think I shared a "META" or anything.

just get to the station before atmos makes frezon and you'll be fine. its also very easy to crater cargo, most people wont have eva.

I don't like Nukies, they're my most hated of rounds. I've only ever had two decent rounds with Nukies, only because they played dumb.
